AN ACT to repeal §59-2-2 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as
amended, relating to requiring nonresidents to post security
for court costs.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
ARTICLE 2. COSTS GENERALLY.
§1. Repeal of section relating to requiring nonresidents to post
security for court costs.
Section two, article two, chapter fifty-nine of the Code of
West Virginia, 1931, as amended, is hereby repealed.
